LeVogue works as a convenient, safe, and discrete telehealth platform that is as easy as possible for our clients to work with.

  1. Complete an initial phone consult and pay for our services

  1. Complete lab work as required for your own health and safety

  1. Meet virtually with one of our medical professionals.

  2. Received your medication shipped right to your door (Refrigerate immediately if required).

Service is our priority, we want to make sure that all of our patients have a pleasant experience working with us.

What states is LeVogue available in?

We are California, Arizona, and Texas. Please inquire about other states.

What if I am having a medical emergency?

In an emergency, please call 9-1-1, or your local equivalent, immediately.

Medication & Services Questions

How do I get my medication?

Your medication will be prescribed through a third-party compounding pharmacy if you are approved by a licensed medical professional. Your medication will be mailed directly to the address you have provided us with.

Do I have to pay for medication separately?

Our programs include the cost of medication. The only additional cost you may pay for is your lab work. Payments are made up front however we do have 3rd party payment options available.

What if I am not approved for medication?

If you are not approved, your provider may be able to offer alternative therapies that you may potentially be medically qualified for. If there is no suitable option, a full refund will be issued, minus any costs you may have incurred with your lab work.

Just like a traditional clinic, payment is for the providers’ service and the provider’s time spent with you in a telehealth appointment. Payment does not guarantee the writing or dispensing of a prescription medication.

What Medications does Levogue Wellness offer?

Levogue Wellness offers various medications generally shown and advertised on our website. We do not handle any controlled substances.

Provider & Clinician Questions

How do I see a provider?

After completing your initial call, your lab work has been completed and returned to Levogue Wellness (Takes roughly 3 days) you have the option to call us OR we will call you if we do not hear from you to schedule your telehealth appointment with our provider. Your provider will complete a video conference call (telehealth) appointment with you on Doximity, a HIPAA compliant telehealth system.

Do I get to pick my provider?

Our team assigns appointment requests based on your location, state licensing requirements, and provider availability.

What if I want to see a different provider

Please contact us if you have a preference to work with a different provider.

Is it legal to see a provider through the internet?

Yes, in the states that we provide services for. It is also very convenient.

Do I have to talk to the provider?

For the safety and satisfaction of all our patience, you will need to talk with a medical professional before a prescription can be written and dispensed.

Where will my Prescription be filled?

Your prescription will be filled by a licensed 3rd party pharmacy

How much does LeVogue Wellness cost?

All of our costs are listed on our sites. We offer payment programs through partners such as Cherry. At your initial phone consultation we can offer the options that are available to you such as financing though Cherry https://withcherry.com

Does LeVogue Wellness accept insurance?

We do not accept any public or private health insurance plans, cost-sharing, or any other similar methods of payment. Patients are responsible for the cost of care.

Are there any hidden fees?

No,the only additional costs other than your initial payment are for lab work. The exact cost of lab work is controlled by an outside vender, however this cost is roughly $25.

Does LeVogue Wellness require a long-term contract?

No. We offer discounts on longer term services which we believe are most effective on a longer than a month basis. Most services have monthly options as well.

What if I have a question about my bill?
